Party with a Cause

Party with a Cause is a groundbreaking event in Slovenia with a mission of overcoming apathy towards violence and socially unacceptable actions among young people. The party goers help to prove that VIOLENCE IS OUT while grooving to electronic dance rhythms of the biggest stars like Carl Cox and UMEK, and show that they do not shut their eyes to this issue by making an €1 donation in the form of an admission fee with a cause.

The Party with a Cause proves that music and charity can go hand in hand. Since 2004 the organisation has conjure carefree electronic ecstasy, which reminds the ORTO generation once more that partying can also have a broader social effect. In the rhythm of trendy electronic music, the Party with a Cause remains loyal to its mission of making and spreading the successful story of raising awareness among young people about the issue of violence. 
All the collected funds will once again go to društvu Beli obro? Slovenije association for furnishing a children-friendly interview room, in which young victims of violence are interviewed. Throughout the years, the ORTO generation and Si.mobil with its partners have collected over €172,000 for their peers in distress. At the latest, 9th Party with a Cause alone, held in Maribor in May 2011, over €23,000 were raised.
