Jan Oberlaender
Ritter Butzke on Tour
Berlin (Germany)

62 mins. | Ritter Butzke | 2021 | Tech House,Melodic Tech

Jan Oberlaender from Stadion in der Alten Försterei for Ritter Butzke on Tour.

Young Jan Oberlaender collected his first musical experiences with a tape of the band Die Ärzte which his older brother gave him as a present. Over hip-hop, rap and later on Aphex Twin Jan endet up with electronic music. When he visited the Love Parade in 1995 and with later visits at E-Werk Berlin, he fully fell in love with the genre. From 1997 on, Jan Obelaender focussed on his career as a DJ. Together with Robert helms who is a part of Umami today he founded the live act Tracker in 2004. In 2010, they went separate ways again and Jan started working on DJing more intensely again. Today, Jan is playing on festivals such as Fusion and at the Berlin club scene: for example at Kater Blau, Salon zur Wilden Renate or at Watergate.
